Delivery & Returns
All orders will be despatched within 3 working days to the delivery address you specified during the checkout process.
UK orders will be delivered by Parcel Force and international orders will be delivered by DHL.
All orders are trackable and insured - once your order has been desptched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.
Failed / Non Delivery Of Orders
The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, they will leave a calling card with details of how you can arrange redelivery. If delivery is not re-arranged, your order will be returned back to us. We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery and there will be a UK charge of £5 or £15 for international deliveries.
Customs and duty
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received a product and have simply changed your mind about purchasing it, you may return the order for a refund (minus the original postage charge) subject to the following conditions:
You inform us within seven working days of receipt of your order
You pay the return delivery charges (we can only refund the postage charges if the item is faulty or not as described).
Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging
How to return items
If you do wish to return an order, please Contact Us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Reference to ensure your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. Returns must then be received back to the address specified within 7 days, failure to do so will result in your order being returned back to you at your own cost.
